What is your vision and mission in times of digitalization?
How are you shaping the regional bank of the future?
How do you deal with the VUCA world, a complex world with a multitude of challenges?
Volksbank Mittweida is constantly asking itself these questions. Through solid work in its core business and innovative, new approaches, it has succeeded and continues to succeed in positively driving its own business development. Now, in a joint workshop organized by Nortal AG and TeleskopEffekt with the Volksbank Mittweida this Target image with a focus on digitalization and customer experience lowered again.
The venue for the event was our innovative Digilab premises at Werkbank32.
Nortal as a strong partner in the innovation ecosystem
With the merger of Nortal GmbH and Schütze AG in 2020, the German Nortal AG established. The Nortal Group is a multinational company for strategy and technology consulting - with origins in the digital country of Estonia. Nortal's vision is to build a seamless society. To achieve this, they combine their experience from the digital transformation of Northern European countries and shaping technological change in companies with a strategic approach and data-driven technology.
They have been part of our innovation ecosystem since 2021 and together we are leading this digitization workshop for our customers from cooperative banks, savings banks andd medium-sized companies.
On the way to the digitization map
For the company or regional bank, this digitalization map workshop makes it very clear what the digital target image should look like in order to reach internal and external stakeholders.
Questions like: "What do I want to do for the customer?" or "What can I offer my customers in terms of digitalization that other companies can't?" are clearly highlighted and addressed accordingly. In addition to external customer impact, it is also important to take internal stakeholders, the employees, along on the digital journey and to inspire them. This is the only way to ensure successful innovation and digitalization.
Together with Volksbank Mittweida, we determined the status quo and set goals. Through target group-oriented communication, the participants were given methods to successfully pass on the inspiration and consolidate the goals.
We addressed positive emotions and together we provided the necessary motivation to implement the newly developed digitalization map.
We have thus noticeably reduced the uncertainty surrounding future technologies and opened up exciting new prospects for the Volksbank Mittweida team.
