Whether regional banks, umbrella organizations or service providers, we are strongly networked in the cooperative financial group, because cooperatives are working on the future in many places to bring more innovative power to the streets together. After the first meeting of the GenoInnoLabs at HanseLab in Lübeck last year, we were delighted to welcome colleagues from all over Germany to Werkbank32 in Mittweida this time.
During the two days, the focus was on innovative workshop formats and team building, where we further developed ideas that had already been developed and discussed them together. Culture was also on the agenda. After an exciting workshop day, we explored Kriebstein Castle together and ended the day with a cozy dinner and interesting discussions.
The GenoInnoLabs meeting at Werkbank32 in Mittweida once again makes us aware of how diverse, future-oriented and widespread the facilities are throughout Germany. It is an exchange of expertise within the network that enriches us all.
