In September, the first hybrid network meeting of the thirty projects of the funding initiative "Company succession - from practice for practice" instead of. We have been active since 2020 with our project Nexxt Mittweida Part of the initiative.
We met with project staff from chambers of skilled crafts, chambers of industry and commerce, technology promotion centers and universities at the Haus des deutschen Handwerks in Berlin.
The exchange focused on the challenges of successor academies, the organization of matching between company handovers and company takeovers and innovative ideas for raising employee awareness.
