Manager Innovation Management Banking (m/f/d)
Main task and responsibility
As part of the Bank-innovativ team, you are the partner for our clients in the banking segment with a focus on the cooperative financial group. You will provide high-quality consulting services on all issues relating to innovation management, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, RPA, blockchain, modernization and improving agility and efficiency. At the same time, you will support the BVR's innovation strategy and become part of the project team.
Task in detail
- Market analysis and trend scouting for technological developments and innovations in the financial sector and related areas
- Conducting preliminary studies and creating prototypes on relevant digitization and product topics
- You will be responsible for the further development of our business model in the banking and near-banking environment
- You take responsibility for expanding the business model and create impetus for increasing earnings
- You evaluate new (e.g. digital) business models, negotiate cooperation agreements with service providers and coordinate integration into the bank's systems and processes
- You further develop our banking innovation ecosystem with our partners and thus create added value for partners and customers
- As a technical expert, you will work on the further development of the service modules and help us to stay one step ahead of our customers' needs
- You advise your customers on all questions relating to innovation and digital transformation
- They support the BVR's innovation strategy
Your qualifications:
- Your education: a convincing university degree in (business) informatics or business administration or a banking qualification with a further qualification in business administration.
- You will have several years of experience in the banking sector, ideally from the cooperative financial group.
- You have expertise in several of the following areas:
- Innovation management
- Application of Design Thinking, Scrum and methods from the Lean Startup
- RPA, blockchain
- Digital transformation
- Data Science / Data Management
- Artificial intelligence, intelligent automation
- You have in-depth specialist and process know-how in at least one of the consulting areas mentioned.
- You have a very good understanding of complex relationships as well as logical and structured thinking.
- You are a team player and know how to work successfully in interdisciplinary teams.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and persuasive skills and are strong in negotiating
- You impress with excellent communication skills and your confident performance up to CxO level.
- You are characterized by social skills and a strong sense of commitment
