We gathered at the idyllic Forsthaus Grüna to begin reviewing 2023 and making our plans for 2024. What a year!
2023 was a year full of successes and learning moments. We have faced challenges and grown together. We are particularly proud of another great Bank innovative day which has strengthened our team structure, to the valuable Partnershipswhich we have expanded or built up from scratch, to the many horizon-broadening Projects, Events and Workshops.
A big thank you to all our partners, colleagues and friends for their trust and appreciative cooperation.
But what exactly drove us? It was our tireless team spirit that got us through the highs and lows.
As if through a telescope, we have learned to keep an eye on both the big goals and the small, important details. This perspective helps us not to lose sight of the big picture on the road to success.
What do we want to achieve in 2024? More of what makes us strong! We are committed to further developing and consolidating our sustainable regional bank of the future. Our drive remains the same: passion, commitment and the desire to grow together.
After many hours of "plowing", we have earned a reward: bowling! What fun and what a great way to strengthen our team spirit and cheer each other on.
This day has shown us once again: Together we are unbeatable. We are looking forward to tackling 2024 as a team, achieving our goals and setting new standards. Let's take this momentum into the new year!
