On September 27, we experienced a day full of inspiration, networking and anniversary celebrations at Werkbank32, which brought our region of Mittweida and beyond together. The reason for this special day was the impressive anniversary of 100 years of VB Mittweida, which we celebrated in style with welcoming speeches and a warm champagne reception.
After the festive opening speeches, we took the opportunity to appreciate the knowledge and insights of our high-caliber speakers. From Lukas Hässner, an expert in YouTube content creation, to Felix Pliester from Terra Institut Mittweida, who taught us how to put sustainability into practice, and Thomas von Borck from law firm HPK, who shed light on the complex issue of bogus self-employment - we were privileged to learn from experts who understand the pulse of the times. These impulses gave us valuable insights into the ever-changing business world.
Our participants also had the opportunity to gain practical skills and insights in a variety of workshops. Among other things, we looked at how to find professionals in a competitive world, how ChatGPT technology affects everyday working life and how online marketing strategies can lead companies to success. These workshops not only provided valuable tools for everyday life, but also space for discussion and the opportunity to learn from each other.
A great success of our SME Day was the social gathering at the end of the day. We sat down together over a delicious barbecue, made valuable contacts and discussed the day's findings and ideas. Networking is key to strengthening our SME region and we are proud to be able to provide a platform for such valuable interactions.
