Change in the financial world is often associated with effort, risk or uncertainty. At TeleskopEffekt, we work with many strong partners who share our conviction: Progress takes complexity out of everyday life and brings clarity where clunky systems and entrenched processes previously stood in the way.
One of these partners is Atruvia, the digitalization partner of the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken. Together, we are helping regional banks to not only master the digital transformation, but to actively shape it. A key example of this transformation is the banking workspace, which will shape the financial group like no other digital transformation.
With the Banking Workspace, Atruvia is creating a new digital workplace that is revolutionizing day-to-day work in banks. Where the previous user experience was often characterized by a steep learning curve and cumbersome functions, the new User-friendly, practical and, above all, intuitive interface. Much remains familiar, only more clearly structured and easier to access. Nobody has to start from scratch. The Banking Workspace builds on what already works well and only replaces what has created real hurdles. This allows employees to focus more on the essentials: the customers.
Or, as road manager Marita Balicki from Atruvia aptly describes the new workplace:
„If you can read, you can work with it.“
The goal is clear: More time for customers, less effort in the system. Change does not mean having to relearn everything, but rather making many things easier to understand. This is precisely what takes away employees' fear of the changeover.
The Banking Workspace is part of Atruvia's omni-channel platform. It combines the app, e-banking and branch into a holistic experience. This allows customers to carry out many of their banking transactions quickly, digitally and independently of opening hours. This saves them a trip to the bank and therefore time. For employees, this means less routine and more freedom for advice and personal interaction. When technology creates a space in which people have time for each other again, only then has digitalization really succeeded.
The Banking Workspace is set to completely replace the existing system landscape by 2030.
But the digital transformation does not end with a deadline.
Atruvia is continuously developing the Banking Workspace and the omni-channel platform. This will happen in small, agile steps and in close cooperation with the banks. This will allow us to react flexibly to emerging needs. This approach also avoids overly rigid large-scale projects and instead enables a gradual, sustainable change. It does not happen at the push of a button, but in stages. New functions are integrated gradually. In this way, the system grows with the people who work with it.
We are proud of it, Atruvia as a strong partner at our side. After all, the digital transformation of the Cooperative Financial Network is teamwork. Atruvia provides the technological foundation on which a new way of working is created and on which we at Telescope effect support people and organizations in the effective transition to this innovation.
When new systems are introduced, it is not only the technology that determines success, but also the attitude of the people. This is exactly where we come in. We therefore provide support during the transition to the new banking workspace:
In this way, TeleskopEffekt helps you to successfully implement new solutions such as the Banking Workspace and the omni-channel platform in your organization. After all, innovation only becomes effective when it is understood, shaped and lived.
In the MutOffensive podcast, our colleague Dr. Julia Breßler regularly talks to key figures in banking innovation. If you would like to delve even deeper into the topic of banking workspace, you will find exciting insights in our latest episode: Marita Balicki, Road Manager at Atruvia, reports on how the new system will change everyday working life in banks: Step by step, intuitive and human.
