Yesterday, we said goodbye to our long-standing Managing Director Dr. Benjamin Zeitler.

„Benjamin has left a lasting mark on our company, not only in terms of content, but also on a personal level. Over the years, our collaboration with him was based on trust, clarity and a shared ambition to make change truly possible.”

- Tanja Speck - Head of Partner Management at TeleskopEffekt and team member from the very beginning.

Together, we have been able to celebrate numerous successes over the years. Digitalization was never just a buzzword for us, but a real creative mandate: processes were rethought, structures were further developed and changes were actively initiated. Benjamin has driven these developments forward with clarity, courage and conviction. He provided impetus, opened up new perspectives and repeatedly encouraged us to take the next step.

„You only really realize some things when you say goodbye: what was initiated, what remains and what continues to have an effect. For me, the MutOffensive (born from these very words Mut.Machen.Menschen) is a strong example of this: jointly founded and designed in such a way that it will carry on and still has a long way to go.”

- Julia Breßler - Innovation Architect at TeleskopEffekt.

What remains special is not only what we have achieved, but also the way we work together: characterized by trust, openness and the shared ambition to really make things better. This attitude has had a lasting impact on our company.

„Thank you Benjamin for everything you have done for Mittweida and the TeleskopEffekt! Thank you for letting me be your colleague!”

- Alexander Knauer - Managing Director of TeleskopEffekt.

For Benjamin, however, this farewell is not a step away from responsibility or shaping, but a conscious move into a new role. As the new Lord Mayor of Weiden, he will work at a different level in future and put his experience, energy and creative drive at the service of the city.

„It was a great pleasure to go part of the way with you! You have moved a lot and left important traces.”

- Dominik Baumann - Managing Director of TeleskopEffekt.

We bid him farewell with a smile and a tear in our eye:
Weeping, because we are losing a managing director who had a decisive influence on our company and who also leaves a huge human gap.
Laughing, because we know that he will continue exactly where his strengths lie: in shaping, moving and advancing.

Dear Benjamin, we would like to thank you for the time we spent together, for your trust and for everything you have initiated. We wish you every success on your new path, smart decisions and the courage to continue changing things.

See you soon!
