Teleskopeffekt is the innovation engine for banks, SMEs and start-ups and sees itself as a driver of digitalization. Teleskopeffekt accompanies and enables banks and companies on their way to initiating and implementing digital projects. Teleskopeffekt is a wholly owned subsidiary of Volksbank Mittweida eG. As part of a funding project, Teleskopeffekt is developing the model project "The Mittweida Model - Value-oriented corporate succession in times of digital transformation". The aim is to establish a regionally anchored ecosystem in Central Saxony. It is a major challenge for companies in Central Saxony to plan, shape and secure their own company succession. Around 5,600 companies in the Central Saxony region will have to deal with succession in the next five years, although only a small proportion of entrepreneurs have already considered a concrete succession plan.
For the realization of the model project company succession we are looking for a part-time (20/30h per week) or full-time position as soon as possible.

Her main areas of focus are:
- establishing initial contacts on issues relating to the takeover or transfer process of medium-sized companies
- Identifying medium-sized companies that are looking for a successor and potential candidates who are suitable for a succession
- the creation and implementation of event formats for searching, matching and handover processes
- Design and development support for a toolbox for structured data collection and data analysis
- making contact with universities, technology and start-up centers, business development agencies and other potential partners and maintaining these contacts
You bring with you:
- a communicative and forward-thinking personality who works independently and in a structured manner with empathy, commitment and team spirit
- have successfully completed training/studies or have a comparable qualification and have already gained professional experience
- Knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of event formats
- Confident handling of standard Microsoft Office applications and multimedia applications
- Knowledge of the regional business location
