At the end of August, it was time for our annual summer party - a day we look forward to every year. After all, we don't often get to see each other in person - especially not with our families, children and partners.
And even if the sky was grayer than planned this time: The atmosphere was anything but gloomy. Between children's laughter, umbrellas and the smell of barbecues, that's exactly what TeleskopEffekt is all about - beautiful togetherness.
Especially in times of remote work and flexible working models, team spirit is not just a buzzword, but absolutely essential for us. Even if we work together excellently digitally, trust, cohesion and creativity often arise precisely when, when we meet in person, laugh together or simply talk to each other away from the screen. Such moments strengthen the team spirit and create the basis for collaboration that also works virtually - a central idea of New Work, which is not just a buzzword for us, but a lived reality.
In the afternoon, home-baked cakes and muffins were tempting, later there was the aroma of a barbecue and the buffet was filled with lovingly prepared salads and many other delicacies contributed by our colleagues. While the grown-ups sat together with coffee, conversation and laughter, the little ones had fun with the professional childcare - with games, crafts and colorful face painting.
In the end, the most important thing remained: a day full of closeness, stories and time spent together - even without sunshine.
