When the TeleskopEffekt team travels, it does so in style - and with a flipchart.
This time, our May team event took us to the beautiful porcelain city of Meissen - including a hotel right next to the cathedral (it doesn't get any better than this) and a workshop location that breathes so much history that you almost expect Albrecht the Brave to drop by in person.
The first day was dedicated to looking back, further development and honest words.
What went well in the first quarter? Where is there potential? And which topics do we want to address specifically in Q2 and Q3?
Between the key figures and cake, Albrechtsburg Castle and the evening sun, it quickly became clear:

In addition to content-related work, there was also time for culture - a guided tour of Albrechtsburg Castle and dinner with a view over the city Delicious food, good drinks, funny stories.

A great breakfast on the second day was followed by a look ahead. We brooded over topics such as strategy and collaboration:
We talked and planned. The focus was on new product lines, modular offers and the preparation of joint customer projects.
We ended our visit to Meissen with a plate lunch - menu choice - three options, no wrong decision - a bit like real life.
Two days that showed that teamwork, openness and strategic clarity create the best conditions for shaping the future.
