The Nexxt Mittweida team hosted the Expert:innen Lunch.
Together with owners, successors, representatives from Ihk Mittelsachsen, Sächsische Aufbaubank, TGZ Prignitz, Mikomi, Wirtschaftsförderung Mittelsachsen, HWK Chemnitz, Verband der erzgebirgischen Kunsthandwerker, tax consultants, the complex needs in the succession process were discussed. Nexxt Mittweida presented the initial results of the potential study on the succession process in the region. Together with the experts, these results and the current support services available for owners and successors were discussed. The discussion resulted in a thesis paper that will be incorporated into the further work of Nexxt Mittweida and thus enable the preservation of the region's SME entrepreneurial culture.
