In our experience, true partnership can only develop when people work together to tackle challenges, embrace different perspectives, and honestly ask themselves: How can we improve?
That was exactly what our joint workshop with R+V at Werkbank32 was all about.
R+V and TeleskopEffekt GmbH have a long-standing partnership, within the framework of which we have focused intensively on the collaboration between Volksbanken and R+V. The focus was not on the product itself, but rather on a shared perspective on collaboration, perception, communication, and the day-to-day advisory work at the banks.
How is R+V perceived in the homes?
Where do barriers arise?
What do bank advisors really need to succeed together?
And how can you become not just a service provider, but a true partner on equal footing?
Some of these questions were uncomfortable, but they were particularly important. Our workshop was therefore characterized by openness. Challenges were honestly brought to the table, different perspectives were highlighted, and we reflected on them together. It is precisely in settings like these that the best ideas emerge.
Using methods such as the headstand technique, the Barrier Canvas, and various creative formats, we not only identified problems but also developed concrete solutions. It quickly became clear that successful collaboration stems primarily from visibility and transparency, trust and clear communication on an equal footing, as well as the sense of working together for the customers.
Working together on these issues is more important than ever. Especially at a time when products are becoming more comparable and the consulting process is increasingly digital, genuine collaboration makes all the difference. Customers can tell whether partners are truly working together or merely coexisting.
The workshop created a space where participants could engage in open discussion, ask critical questions, and at the same time explore solutions.
For us, this day shows once again:
Innovation doesn't come solely from new technologies or products. It arises when people take responsibility together, shift their perspectives, and are willing to actively shape their collaboration.
Thank you to everyone involved for your openness, trust, and many valuable insights.
We look forward to taking the next steps together!
Best regards
Tanja Speck
